All fine art prints are insured and shipped with tracking. Once your print is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. Your invoice will be included with your shipment in printed form.

Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been received.

Express Delivery
Express shipping is available for all print sizes. Please allow 2 business days for printing and packaging. The package will then be delivered by express shipping (usually 1–2 business days).
Germany: 20,00 €
EU / Europe: 35,00 €
Worldwide: 55,00 €
Delivery Time
Once you have received the tracking link, you can expect the following delivery times:
Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
EU: approx. 4–7 business days
Worldwide: approx. 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note: During peak periods (e.g., before public holidays), there may be slight delays.
Packaging / Protection
Your prints will be shipped flat (not rolled) in sturdy, professional packaging to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Please handle the prints with care, preferably wearing cotton gloves.
Important Note Regarding Customs Duties
For international orders (outside the EU): Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These additional fees are not included in the price or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer. Regulations vary from country to country—please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your print, you can return it within 14 days. Just send me a quick email and we will work out a solution together.
Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Packaging: Please make sure to pack the print carefully—ideally in the original packaging—to prevent damage during return shipping.
