1. Scope and Contracting Parties
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers worldwide through the online store of Isabel Reitemeyer, Rinkartstr. 31, 12437 Berlin, Germany. The contract is entered into with me personally. The language of the contract is German.
2. Copyright Notice
All artwork and fine art prints offered in my shop are protected by copyright. By purchasing a print, you acquire physical ownership of the item purchased; however, no further copyrights, rights of use, or exploitation rights are granted. Any form of reproduction, distribution, public display, or other commercial use of the images is prohibited without my express written consent.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes. Due to the application of the small business exemption under Section 19 of the German Value-Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is shown. In addition to the listed prices, I charge shipping costs for delivery, unless the respective offer is marked as free shipping. Shipping costs are waived for orders totaling 130.00 euros or more. The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
4. Shipping Terms and Customs Information
Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provided. For deliveries to countries outside Europe or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. These costs are your responsibility and are subject to the applicable legal regulations of the recipient country. I have no influence over these fees and cannot provide any information regarding their amount.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The purchase price is due immediately upon placing the order. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract. If payment is not received within this period, I reserve the right to cancel the order. The goods will be shipped only after full payment has been received. I retain title to the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Isabel Reitemeyer, Rinkartstr. 31, 12437 Berlin, Germany, ir@isabel-reitemeyer.com, of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email).
7. Consequences of Cancellation and Return Policy
If your cancellation is valid, all payments, including the original shipping costs (standard shipping), will be refunded within 14 days once I have received the returned merchandise or you have provided proof that you have returned it.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Packaging for returns: Please make sure to pack the item carefully for return—ideally in its original packaging—to prevent damage during shipping. We may require compensation for any damage to the goods caused by improper packaging during return shipping.
