1. Scope of application and contractual partners
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers worldwide via the online shop of Isabel Reitemeyer, Rinkartstr. 31, 12437 Berlin, Germany. The contract is concluded with me personally. The contract language is German.
2. Copyright provisions
All artworks and fine art prints offered in my shop are protected by copyright. By purchasing a print, you acquire physical ownership of the purchased item, but no further copyrights, rights of use, or exploitation rights are granted. Any form of reproduction, distribution, public disclosure, or other commercial use of the motifs is prohibited without my express written consent.
3. Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes. Due to the application of the small business regulation in accordance with § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is shown. In addition to the prices quoted, I charge shipping costs for delivery, unless these are marked as free of charge in the respective offer. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €130.00. The shipping costs incurred are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
4. Delivery terms and customs information
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you have specified. For deliveries to countries outside Europe or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. These costs are to be borne by you and are based on the respective legal provisions of the recipient country. I have no influence on these fees and cannot provide any information about their amount.
5. Terms of payment
Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The purchase price is due for payment immediately upon placing the order. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 days of conclusion of the contract. If payment is not received within this period, I reserve the right to cancel the order. The goods will only be delivered after full payment has been received. I retain ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Isabel Reitemeyer, Rinkartstr. 31, 12437 Berlin, Germany, ir@isabel-reitemeyer.com, of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email).
7. Consequences of revocation and return information
In the event of an effective revocation, all payments, including shipping costs (standard shipping), will be refunded within 14 days as soon as I have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Packaging for returns: Please ensure that you pack the print carefully for return shipping—ideally in the original packaging—to prevent damage during transport. Compensation may be claimed for any deterioration of the goods due to improper packaging during return shipping.
Procedure: If you are not satisfied with your print, please send me a brief email so that we can find a solution together.
