Shipping Informations

After your request, you will receive an invoice from me. Available payment methods: Prepayment and PayPal.
All fine art prints are insured and shipped with tracking. Once your print is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed after payment has been received.

Note: Shipping costs to the USA are current as listed and may change at any time.
*Worldwide = all other countries besides Germany, EU, and USA.

Delivery Time

Once you’ve received the tracking link, you can expect the following delivery times:
Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
EU: approx. 4–7 business days
Worldwide: approx. 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note: During peak times (e.g., around holidays), slight delays may occur.

Packaging & Protection

Your prints will be shipped flat in sturdy, art-safe packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please handle the prints with care, preferably wearing cotton gloves.

Customs Fees

Note for international orders: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These additional charges are not included in the price and must be covered by the buyer. Regulations vary by country – please check with your local customs office for details.

Returns

In case you are not satisfied with your print, you can return it within 14 days. Just send me a short email, and we’ll find a good solution together. Make sure to pack the print carefully – ideally in the original packaging – to prevent any damage during return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer – thank you for your understanding.
